Description: Lincoln Landfill Post-Closure Care Plan, MW-2 Reinstallation and Ongoing Monitoring Services. The project includes: reinstallation of compromised monitoring well mw-2; preparation of a post-closure care plan pursuant to 6-1008 of the vermont solid waste management rules; development of a groundwater/pfas monitoring program for mw-2 and mw-3; development of an annual landfill inspection program; development of an annual landfill cap maintenance program; and optional ongoing annual monitoring, sample collection, laboratory coordination, inspections, reporting, and regulatory support.
