RFP #0059-N - Pinedale Gaseous Ambient Air Monitoring Project

Description: RFP #0059-N seeks a qualified vendor to operate, maintain, and report data from Wyoming’s Pinedale Gaseous Ambient Air Monitoring Station for a two-year period. The work includes monitoring O₃, NOₓ, PM2.5, and meteorology; spare-parts procurement; calibration; emergency visits; near-real-time data uploads to WyVisNet SFTP and EPA AirNow; and EPA QA/QC-compliant reporting. Proposals are due November 9, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time, with the contract period scheduled for May 1, 2027 through April 30, 2029 and final data reporting due August 31, 2029.
