Corporate Kitchen and Cafe Operations RFI
The District is seeking information from qualified catering and food service operators interested in managing and operating a fully developed commercial kitchen and cafe within a professional office building. The District seeks information from qualified operators capable of providing high-quality breakfast and lunch service featuring fresh, locally sourced food for up to 600 District office staff daily. Food service operations are anticipated to be provided Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The operator will also serve as a preferred catering provider for non-student District meetings, events, and special functions.
