Seeking qualified Engineering firms (Consultant) to provide a Wastewater Collection and Treatment Improvements Planning Study for the State Water Resources Control Board Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Planning Project. Evaluate the existing wastewater collection and treatment facilities. Identify deficiencies affecting regulatory compliance and system reliability. Evaluate all feasible wastewater treatment and collection system improvement alternatives. Evaluate the feasibility of regional wastewater treatment through consolidation with the City of Santa Maria. Perform engineering investigations necessary to support selection of a preferred alternative.
