Description: UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON Padelford, Triangle, Central Parking Garage Renewal Project No. 209276 Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Design-Build Services General: The University of Washington (University or UW) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified design-build teams (which may include joint ventures) to design and construct the UWMC ML Kitchen Cafeteria Expansion Renovation project. Project Description: The project scope includes design and construction for near, intermediate, and long-term repairs and improvements of the following UW parking garage facilities: Padelford Parking Garage, Triangle Parking Garage, and Central Plaza Garage. The scope includes structural repairs to address spalling concrete, and crack injections, new traffic coatings and restriping, waterproofing, repair or replacement of expansion joints, upgrades to sprinkler systems, lighting, conveyance and ADA access. Execution of this work will extend across four summer seasons between 2027-2030. Obtaining the RFQ: A copy of the RFQ with additional information about the project and the selection process will be available on October 27, 2026 via Workday Strategic Sourcing.
