Description: The University of Washington seeks statements of qualifications from design-build teams for renewal of the Padelford, Triangle, and Central Plaza parking garages. Work includes structural concrete repairs, traffic coatings and restriping, waterproofing, expansion-joint repairs or replacement, and upgrades to sprinklers, lighting, conveyance, and ADA access. Construction will extend across four summer seasons from 2027 through 2030.
