REQSL1696415 - Violence Reduction Services

Description: The City of Knoxville seeks qualified community-based organizations to provide coordinated violence-reduction services for people and families at high risk of involvement in, or impact from, community-based violence. The RFP seeks services in five areas: hospital-linked intervention, life coaching, violence interruption, emergency housing and/or relocation, and victim support and stabilization. Applicants may propose more than one service area, but the City encourages responses only in areas where the organization has extensive experience, staffing, partnerships, and capacity.
