Replace HVAC System - Missouri State Highway Patrol, Waggoner Building
The project includes the complete demolition and replacement of the HVAC system serving the south wing of the Waggoner Building. This includes the demolition and removal of all associated mechanical equipment, ductwork, piping, controls, and return air plenum. The work also includes complete demolition and replacement of the existing three boilers, three inline boiler pumps, associated flues / air intakes, and piping up to the boiler isolation valves located in the North wing mechanical room.
