Work includes to replace the existing edwards fire alarm control panel (facp). Removal and disposal of the existing edwards fire alarm panel. Furnishing and installing a non-proprietary, addressable fire alarm control panel with a minimum of four (4) loops. One loop shall be a 250-point loop installed at time of commissioning. Installation of a new smoke detector above the facp location in accordance with code. Integration of existing initiating and notification devices to the new facp, unless replacement is required for code or compatibility reasons.
