Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) Purchase RFP

Description: The City of Madison’s Mayor’s Office, Sustainability and Resilience Program seeks qualified vendors to supply Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) in support of the city’s 100% renewable electricity goal. It seeks approximately 12,000–14,000 RECs annually, with RECs originating in MISO territory and preferably as close to Madison as possible; Green-e certification and tracking through an approved registry such as M-RETS are specified. Respondents are asked to describe sourcing, technology, additionality, and co-benefits and to provide annual and multi-year pricing options.
