BoardCity Of Madison Personnel Board Meeting Minutes
The Personnel Board addressed several personnel and classification matters. A union representative voiced concerns regarding the shift of positions from represented to non-represented groups. The board reviewed and made recommendations for the Finance Committee regarding the recreation and reallocation of an Accounting Technician position to an Accountant role, as well as a Civil Technician position to a GIS Specialist. A request to update the classification of the Parking Division Director was re-referred to a future meeting for further review of public comments and Human Resources information. Additionally, the board discussed updates on position studies and the Compensation Study.
