Ensign Main Replacement, including to main installation, service taps, hydrant assembly replacements, and restoration services including driveway repair, sod, gravel and asphalt. As-built drawings to be turned in to the City at the end of the project. Sand for pipe bedding and backfill must have a minimum sand equivalent value of 30 and compacted to 95%. Minimum 6" bedding op pipe with sand. Trench backfill must be placed in 8" lifts with 98% compaction.
