Description: The City of Milwaukie is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for rehabilitating and restoring deteriorated sanitary sewer pipe in the wastewater collection system facilities, with a specific focus on reducing inflow and infiltration. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work.
