Description: Qualified and experienced consultant to conduct a comprehensive redesign of its Indirect Cost Plan. A periodic review is essential to ensure accurate cost allocation, compliance with applicable federal and state guidelines, and to optimize cost recovery opportunities. The County will need a plan developed for 2028 and beyond utilizing data from our new financial system, which goes live in January 2027. The plans must be completed by the end of March.
