Cost Allocation Plan Services (Request For Proposal)

Description: Provide consultant will develop a comprehensive citywide cost allocation plan and an office of management and budget (omb)-compliant cost allocation plan. The purpose of these plans is to allocate the cost of the city's central service functions to those departments, projects and funds which are receiving those services in accordance with generally accepted cost allocation methodologies and applicable federal requirements.
