Development Partnership for Mixed-Use Rental Housing and Social Service Facility Project
The City of Vancouver is seeking a development partner or consortium to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain a mixed-use, veteran-focused rental housing project with an on-site social-service facility at 2098 West 7th Avenue. The selected partner would use a ground lease of up to 99 years to deliver approximately 120,620 square feet of residential space, at least 20% below-market units, and a 1,500-square-foot community service centre, with a nonprofit veteran-services partner required for affordable-housing operations. Responses must include a statement of qualifications, project narrative, insurance and bonding materials, and Indigenous-participation documentation, and are due September 22, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. PDT.
