Raw Water Main Transmission Pipeline Replacement, Dodge to Richardton SWPP

Description: Installing 2,004 LF of 42" class 250 ductile iron pipe (DIP) with a bonded coating system; removing and replacing 540 LF of 30" class 250 DIP with a bonded coating system; furnishing 200 LF of additional 30" class 250 DIP with bonded coating; furnishing and installing reinforced concrete pipe weights; furnishing and installing 4 concrete manholes with appurtenant items, 4 owner-coordinated tie-ins to existing; 30" DIP with restrained fittings and concrete thrust blocks; furnishing and installing restraining harnesses on the existing pipeline near tie-in locations; furnishing and installing all cathodic protection items, including joint bonds, test stations, and insulating couplers; furnishing and installing joint closures as shown on the drawings; and furnishing and installing all other related appurtenances. The documents include a bid alternate to furnish and install 2,004 LF of controlled low strength material for abandoning the existing 30" pipeline.
