R1135: Scholarships for Special Education in Teaching, Clinical Disciplines and Related Services

Description: New York City Department of Education seeks proposals from New York State-accredited graduate colleges and universities to participate in its Scholarship Program for Special Education and related services. Eligible vendors must offer master's and/or doctoral programs in listed special-education disciplines, and the RFP may produce multiple requirements contracts for services anticipated from September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2028. The official posting identifies this as an open-ended procurement RFP rather than a grant program; proposals may be submitted indefinitely and no fee is charged.
