Qualified contractor who shall function in partnership with the city' s in-house information technology department. The technology contractor will work primarily remotely and on-site (one day a week minimum) to provide help desk support, troubleshoot end-user problems, perform routine maintenance on information system(s), use common network security practices, and perform other services related to information technology as they arise. On an as needed basis, the contractor will provide services to evaluate and assess current municipal processes and information system(s) for recommended enhancements, optimizations, upgrades or replacement.
