It aligns the price schedule with estimated annual bulk medical-grade liquid oxygen usage and requests a complete revised quotation using the revised price schedule. Attachment B – Clauses and Provisions and Attachment C – Statement of Work are also updated only to change CCF quantities, and the emergency medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen delivery service requirement remains.
