Purchase the Town of Phillipsburg, New Jersey’s Public Wastewater System (Request for Qualifications)

Description: The town owns and operates its own wastewater system including a 3. 5mgd wastewater treatment plant. The plant also treats effluent from nearby sending districts pursuant to inter municipal agreements with such districts. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify a shortlist of private and/or public utility system owners who are qualified to receive and respond to the Town’s Request for Proposals (RFP) to purchase the Town’s public wastewater system.
