Description: DESIGN-BUILD: Provide professional evaluation, planning, engineering, integration, and construction support services to implement a comprehensive, multi-year upgrade of SCADA system components across the City's Water & Wastewater treatment facilities and remote sites. The selected consultant will develop a SCADA Master Plan, establish standardized system architectures, create a risk-based Capital Improvement Program (CIP), provide design and construction support, perform system programming/integration, and deliver staff training.
