Description: The City of Celina is soliciting qualifications from architectural firms for professional services related to the design and planning of new Public Works facilities, including an approximately 20,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building with seven bays and a signal shop. The scope also includes updating the current Public Works Master Plan and providing design services for permanent Public Works Administration and Field Crew buildings.
