Public Safety Facility Progressive Design-Build (Request for Qualifications)

Description: DESIGN-BUILD services for public safety facility. Phase I - Schematic Design and Project Validation: Provide complete Schematic Design ("SD") services to include: a. Project coordination b. Conferences with staff, Town Council, and other required stakeholders c. Zoning compliance i.e. plat requirements d. Exterior and interior design of the building e. Meetings with Town regarding water and sanitary sewer utilities and storm water management plan requirements to meet the 25-year 3-day storm event design criteria f.
