NOTICE OF SALE of property Owned by the Village of Donnellson and Invitation to Bid Thereon
The Village of Donnellson is offering the fee simple interest in Block Four (4) in Donnell Hampton’s Addition, PIN 20-24-477-001, commonly known as 407 Jefferson St., currently used as Village Hall and the Donnellson Community Center. Sealed bids must include the bidder’s proposed use and are due at the Village Clerk’s office by November 9, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.; bids will be publicly opened at the Board of Trustees’ regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. that day. The Village may award the contract to the highest bidder whose bid it finds to be in the Village’s best interests.
