Seeking qualified contractors to provide the following home rehabilitation work: home rehabilitation project includes repairs to water damaged flooring in the bathroom and other affected areas of the home. The bathroom floor around the toilet has rotted and fallen through and will need to be rebuilt, with new flooring installed.Flooring near the water heater may also require repair or replacement. The contractor will inspect currently inaccessible plumbing to identify and repair any leaks contributing to the floor damage. A storm door will also be installed at the patio door to prevent water intrusion, and the flooring near the door will be inspected and repaired if necessary.
