Wabank Road Municipal Campus Project RFP

Description: Municipal Campus Project. Including LS Strip topsoil, earthwork (stockpiling unused material), and replace topsoil; LS Stormwater infiltration testing and provision of results to Township; LS Test and use material on-site for mixing of Amended Soils with Township-provided sand and organics. Place Amended Soils. Township will also be providing the following: Overall Project Management; Weekly inspections of erosion and sedimentation controls, administration of the NPDES permit, and reporting to the Lancaster County Conservation District (In accordance with the NPDES permit, the Contractor, as an operator, is deemed to be a Co-Permittee.); Clearing and grubbing; Stripping of gravel area within Phase I and coordinated with contractor for access to site; Creation of Rock Construction Entrance at Phase I limit; Installation of 6’ trail; Landscaping; Entrance drive, markings, and signs; Gate house and subbase; All public water, sewer, and electrical utilities; Concrete block wall.
