Modify HVAC system to improve room differential pressure to neutral to hallway and add filtration to improve external airborne environmental particulate infiltration, target particle count should match neighboring Picking Lab or SIRMS/ICPMS Lab. Add HEPA filters to the supply HVAC system. Use Booster fans on main supply or fan-filter units to improve room differential pressure to neutral to hallway. Electrical Design to power mechanical equipment for HVAC upgrade.
