The proposed rehabilitation includes complete abrasive blasting and application of a new epoxy coating system to the interior of the tank. The exterior of the tank will be washed and prepared prior to application of an epoxy/urethane overcoat system. The project also includes several recommended modifications to the exterior access components, including improvements to the ground-to roof access, the landing at the roof-to-shell interface, and the roof handrail.
