Professional Consulting Services for CFAI Accreditation

Description: The City of Ontario Fire Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional consulting services supporting Commission on Fire Accreditation International (CFAI) accreditation through the Center for Public Safety Excellence (CPSE). The phased engagement covers a Community Risk Assessment, Standards of Cover study, data governance and predictive analytics foundation, five-year Strategic Plan, Self-Assessment Manual, ISO optimization, accreditation readiness, mock site visit preparation, and peer review and Commission hearing support.
