Service of Process (Request For Proposal)
Provide service of process for its county departments/agencies located within the county, other counties in california, and other counties within the united states. The contractors will perform field service of civil and quasi-criminal documents including, but not limited to, summons and complaints, summons and petitions, subpoenas, notice of motions, orders to show cause, writs, orders, judgments, as well as any inserts or cover letters received from various county departments/agencies. The execution of these services requires the delivery of legal documents to the person required to respond to the legal action. State and federal laws and regulations and county resolutions, ordinances, and policies mandate this legal service of process.
