Sandoval County Judicial Complex Expansion and Renovation
A 2-story building addition and renovating a portion of the existing building. The existing building houses the 13th District Courts for the State of NM and will remain in use during construction. The north portion of the existing building will be completely remodeled including structural enhancements to support new bldg systems being installed. The addition will be a steel framed building on concrete grade beams supported by spread footings on rammed aggregate piers. The addition includes Magistrate Courts on the first level and District Courts on the second level and associated security functions. The Site work includes developing the vacant land on the east and preparation work for new NMDOT access points. and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
