Description: This notice concerns contractor prequalification, not a grant program: contractors must complete annual prequalification and quarterly certifications to qualify to bid on eligible construction projects. BidNet's overview identifies projects projected to cost $1,000,000 or more and general contractors and MEP subcontractors with specified license classifications; the District's process page also says it requires prequalification for projects over $250,000. Applications use the District's QualityBidders process, and the District identifies the fourth-quarter submission deadline as the last business day of December.
