Description: Appalachian State University is seeking a replacement point-of-sale and eCommerce platform for its campus store following Oracle’s announcement that NSPOS will be sunset. Vendors may propose either a fully integrated POS, eCommerce, and ERP/back-office solution or a POS and eCommerce solution that works alongside the University’s existing NetSuite ERP. The scope includes multi-location transaction processing, inventory and reporting capabilities, VitalSource integration, PCI DSS compliance, and implementation services such as data migration, hardware provisioning, training, testing, and go-live support.
