The principal features of the Work to be performed under this Contract shall include but not limited to the following: 1. Relocation of the Biosolids Control Room from the ground-floor electrical room to convert the upstairs locker-room to a new Control Room including the following: a. Relocate newly built-in existing lab furniture from the electrical room currently also used as a control room to the new control room, and finish areas where furniture will be removed in the electrical room. b. Demolish the shower, remove lockers and install a kitchenette with features shown on the drawings in the new control room c. Replace existing water heater and wall air conditioning unit as shown on the drawings. d. Install plumbing, electrical outlets and internet cabling as shown on the drawings. e. Perform structural work to the roof and existing observation window as shown on the drawings.

Project consists of renovation of existing structure to expand the men's locker room at the city's public utilities office. Work includes partial demolition of a concrete masonry unity (cmu) wall, construction of new cmu walls, plumbing to include supply and drain lines to new toilets, urinals and sinks, modifications to existing hvac ducts and addition of new electrical receptacles and lights.
