Plan Review Services (RFP No. 2026-023)

Description: The City of Coral Gables is soliciting proposals for professional Plan Review Services for its Fire Department (RFP No. 2026-023). The selected contractor will perform technical reviews of fire protection systems—such as fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, standpipe systems, fire pumps, underground fire lines, and special hazard suppression systems—and ensure compliance with the Florida Fire Prevention Code, NFPA standards, and the Florida Building Code while coordinating with city departments and producing written comments/approvals. The contract term is an initial three-year period with two optional one-year renewals, and services will be performed in Coral Gables, Florida.
