Fire Code Plan Review RFP

Description: The County of Maui is seeking qualified firms to provide fire-code plan review services for building permits, including electronic review, comments, and approval of fire-code compliance documents. The contract will run initially for 12 months, with two optional one-year extensions, and may include related fire-protection permitting and code-development services. Proposals are to be submitted electronically and will be evaluated on best value, with the primary fee capped at 12.5% of the building permit fee.
