PETE - HVAC Ductwork Cleaning and Mold Remediation

Description: The Contractor shall perform cleaning of HVAC ductwork, vents, and filters per the following: A. System shutdown & safety: Fully shut down and lock out HVAC units before cleaning begins. Maintain negative pressure where required by containment protocols. Mechanical cleaning procedures: Assess duct condition in each building. Vacuum ducts and duct boots to remove loose debris. Remove visible dust/mold from supply air ducts. Lightly mist surfaces with amended water to prevent excessive dust disturbance. Perform mechanical agitation using approved brush/air systems (compressed air, cable-driven brushes, pneumatic/electric brushes, contact vacuum brushes). HEPA-vacuum all duct surfaces using direct-contact vacuuming. See attached file.
