B330 Mold Remediation RFP

Description: Provide professional mold remediation services. Decontamination, Containment and Cleaning in “Break RM”: In the 485 SF “Break RM,” establish Containment Barriers and Negative Pressure Decontamination Chamber: Seal off area scheduled to be decontaminated; Seal all penetrations to obtain negative pressure environment; Tape all edges of the barrier; Use zipper seal for access; Use 6 mil. polyethylene sheeting; Ensure that containment abuts roof deck to ensure that room is sealed off from adjacent spaces.
