The Contractor shall provide capability to maintain current archives and electronic historical documentation and provide capability to maintain archives for current / future documentation. The Contractor shall have electronic mail capability, provide e-mail addresses for all employees performing on this contract, and have the necessary connectivity to communicate with the Government and other Contractors. Microsoft (MS) Outlook is preferred to communicate and coordinate meetings and schedules with PMS 470. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining Navy Enterprise accounts for employees requiring access to DoD databases. The Contractor shall protect all information and ensure it is handled in accordance with Government regulations. Control on dissemination of sensitive information that is not classified will comply with Level II U-NNPI requirements where applicable. See attached file.
