Parkway Drive Parking Improvements (Design-Bid-Build)

Description: Create a new parking lot that will add 200+ parking spaces to serve the campus community, setting the stage for the removal of the parking lot south of Sikes Hall and the replacement of Martin Hall. The project will also include realignment of the vehicular connection to Cherry Road, as well as enhanced safety with the addition of site lighting and security cameras. There will be a heavy landscape buffer between the lot and the President’s House.
