Paid Media Services - (RFP)

Provide a full-service communications firm to provide paid media services and reporting metrics. The selected vendor will create and execute comprehensive media plans (i.e., traditional, digital, social) that support PEC's owned marketing efforts. The vendor will work directly with PEC's Creative Services Team on messages and creative assets. The vendor will also be responsible for establishing a KPI framework and providing ongoing reporting that allows us to effectively track member engagement and program enrollments. See outside link.
