Owner’s Advisor for the Lee S. Dukes WTP Expansion

Description: The City of Charlotte is soliciting an Owner’s Advisor to provide professional advisory services from procurement through design, construction, and warranty phases for the Lee S. Dukes Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Expansion and associated infrastructure. The advisor will support procurement activities, oversee engineering design, manage construction oversight, and work to meet MBE/WBE utilization goals. The contract term is anticipated to run through project completion and is currently listed as an upcoming opportunity.
