Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for Heavy Duty Vehicles Over 14,500 GVW

Description: Mercer County, New Jersey is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and specialized repair services for heavy duty vehicles over 14,500 GVW (Gross Vehicle Weight) for the County's Motor Pool Division. The awarded contract(s) will run for one year with an option to extend for one additional year, and will be awarded to multiple responsive and responsible vendors based on lowest unit cost for parts and repair at a flat hourly rate, plus the highest percentage discount for OEM over-the-counter parts. Bidders must be licensed auto repair dealers per NJ Administrative Code S39:13-2, and questions must be submitted via the BidNet portal or to ohibbert@mercercounty.org.
