The selected consultant will review and advance the existing preliminary floor plan and site plan through final design and construction documents, covering all required architectural and engineering disciplines, cost estimating, permitting and agency coordination, bidding assistance, and construction administration. The consultant will work with City and Fire Department staff to validate the project scope and recommend changes for a functional, efficient, code-compliant, and cost-effective essential services facility.
