ON-CALL MATERIALS TESTING AND SPECIAL INSPECTION SERVICES RFP

Description: The City of Richmond Public Works Department, Engineering Division is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for a three-year on-call contract covering materials testing, inspections, special inspections, and related professional engineering services. The work will support capital improvement, public works maintenance, port infrastructure, wastewater, transportation, and other City construction activities, with contracts of up to $300,000 per firm and potential two-year extensions.
