On-Call Building Plan Review (Request for Proposals)

Description: On-call building plan review services. The City of Bend Building Safety Division in the Community Development Department is responsible for the review, permitting, and inspection of all building projects in the City to ensure compliance with minimum housing, building and safety codes and laws; an important goal of the division is to provide timely, efficient, and effective service, so during times of significant increases in project submittals, the City has recognized a need for third party plan review services assistance.
