On-call, as-needed Plan Check, Building Inspection, and Permit Technician Services

Description: The Consultant will provide Plan Check, Building Inspection, and Building Permit Technician services under the direction and supervision of the Building Safety Division on an on-call, as-needed basis. The specific services, level of effort, schedule, and work location will be determined by the City based on operational needs and authorized assignments. The Consultant must furnish all personnel, labor, transportation, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, technology, and other resources necessary to adequately perform the services required. All services must be performed in accordance with applicable federal, State of California, and City of Inglewood laws, ordinances, codes, regulations, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to Division 13 of the California Health and Safety Code, the California Building Standards Code, and the Inglewood Building Regulations. Inspection personnel must maintain current, applicable ICC certifications and any other credentials required by law or by the City. Plan Check personnel must maintain applicable professional engineer or architect licenses, current ICC Plans Examiner certification, and any other credentials required by law or the City. Permit Technicians must maintain current ICC Building Permit Technician certification and any other credentials required by law or the City.
