The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: pavement and traffic signal improvements at parkway and street intersection improvements. In addition, the project includes minor drainage, utility, illumination, pavement markings, and signage improvements. Also includes 1,200 CY of block sod placement; 4,386 SF of remove sidewalk; 4,731 SY of 10" concrete pavement; 70 LF of 12" DIP water (class 350), see attached files.

Street will be expanded to 4 lanes in the east and west directions including a left turn lane. The intersection will have new sidewalks and ADA-compliant curb ramps on each leg of the intersection. New traffic signals will be installed on each leg of the intersection as well. In addition, new pavement striping and signage will be installed. The project also includes the milling and overlaying improvements of existing asphalt pavement with portland cement concrete for improvements at the street and avenue intersection. The project includes new traffic signals at the intersection, new sidewalks, new pavement markings and signage.
