Description: Consist of project management, preliminary engineering, design engineering, right-of-way acquisition and environmental permitting including work within critical and sensitive areas. The selected consultant should also have experience identifying, evaluating, and incorporating innovative funding, financing, and project delivery strategies, including grant opportunities and other traditional and non-traditional funding mechanisms, such as growth-related financing tools, to maximize project funding and implementation. The City may elect to expand the consultant’s scope of work to include future project phases, such as Final Engineering, Right-of-Way (ROW), and Construction (CN), including engineering, construction management, and field support services.
